National Collection Services (NCS) was established as a new venture in 1998 to provide a national debt collection service for business and government. NCS is a Licenced Commercial Agent and now specialises in both consumer, insurance and commercial debt recovery, for clients in all States and Territories throughout Australia and New Zealand.
When you employ NCS, you are not working with a call centre on the other side of the world. Our Australian based dedicated Collection Managers do not use auto-diallers or work with generic collection scripts.
Whilst technology and automation benefits business, we do not use chat-bots, AI or rely on automation when it comes to communicating with debtors and third parties. We believe in real communication with real people, providing real solutions and obtaining real outcomes for all involved.
We are a 100% Australian based collection agency with a personalised client-by-client focus that aligns us as an ‘extension’ of our clients internal credit and collections departments. Partnering with our clients allows a core nucleus being placed on the associated levels of engagement, support, training and communication goals of your organisation which in turn supports a long-term thriving relationship.
